Q: Why was I charged the wrong amount?

A: For any discrepancies in charges, please reach out to your local bank, as there may be additional fees such as taxes or transfer charges.

 

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order?

A: Change of mind is NOT a valid reason for order cancellation. However, you can modify details like your delivery address or contact information. Please contact us at support@skintreats.co on the same day you placed your order to make adjustments before the shipping. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (GMT+8), excluding holidays.

A: Currently, Skin Treats does not offer gift cards on our website.

A: At this time, we do not provide a gift wrapping option at Skin Treats.

Return Policy

Skin Treats takes great pride in delivering quality products with care. However, should you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete item, we are here to make things right.

 

Document Your Order: Please take clear photos or videos of the item as proof. We encourage an unpacking video to best support your claim.

Contact Us: Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@skintreats.co, attaching the proof for a smooth resolution.

 

Proof Requirement: Claims without visual proof will not be eligible for return or warranty.

Product Condition: We are unable to accept returns or replacements for items that have been opened or used. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Unavailable Replacements: In cases where a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a voucher to use on a future purchase. Any price difference will be the customer’s responsibility.

About the Founder

"Taking care of your skin can be affordable."

This belief has been the guiding light for Ms. Jo Tan Yamuta, the heart and soul of Skin Treats.

Her journey began in the early days of her youth, marked by a personal challenge. As she navigated her teenage years, she quickly realized that her skin was highly sensitive, reacting only to pricier brands that were often out of reach for a student.

Feeling frustrated yet determined, Jo envisioned a solution. She dreamed of creating her own skincare line—one that could cater to her needs without breaking the bank. This aspiration simmered in her heart for years, fueling her passion and creativity.

Fast forward to 2020, Jo's hard work and unwavering dedication blossomed into reality with the launch of ST Skincare and Cosmetics Trading. Each product she developed was crafted with care, designed to genuinely enhance skin quality and deliver on its promises. With Skin Treats, Jo not only fulfilled her dream but also made effective skincare accessible to everyone.
